Gentle Reminder & Disclaimer for Pranayama, Yoga Asana, and Closing Meditation Practices

Pranayama, yoga asanas, and closing meditation are practices that can deeply benefit your body and mind. However, it’s important to approach them mindfully:

  • Pranayama (Breathwork): Pranayama techniques can have a powerful effect on your body and mind. If you have any existing health concerns, such as respiratory or heart conditions, or if you’re pregnant, we kindly recommend consulting with your healthcare provider before joining the class. As you practice, listen to your body—if you feel lightheaded, dizzy, or uncomfortable, feel free to pause or modify the practice. Take the session at your own pace, and always feel empowered to take breaks as needed. This program will help you develop the habit of waking up early, setting a peaceful tone for your day.
  • Yoga Asana (30-Minute Everyday Practice): Yoga asanas are designed to stretch, strengthen, and relax your body. If you are new to physical activity or have any existing health conditions, please ensure you practice safely. As with any physical activity, always listen to your body and avoid pushing yourself too hard. If you’re ever in doubt or discomfort, it’s okay to pause and rest.
  • Closing Meditation (Every Night at 8:00 PM): Our closing meditation is designed not only to help you relax but also to cultivate the habit of sleeping early and peacefully. It helps bring calm and mindfulness at the end of your day, promoting better rest and relaxation. If you have trouble with sleep patterns, this meditation can assist in developing a routine that supports early rest. However, if you experience discomfort, please adjust the practice to suit your needs.
  • Consultation Disclaimer: Our consultations are intended to provide personalized guidance for lifestyle changes, food modifications, and mindful practices but are not meant to replace professional medical care. If you have serious health concerns, we recommend consulting a healthcare provider for medical advice.

We’d love to hear from you! Whether you have questions about our daily pranayama sessions, need help with registration, or want to know more about our special offers, we’re here to assist.
